Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email, including your tracking number, once your order has shipped. Please note that order processing times may be extended during major sales events and the holiday season.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The following shipping methods are available:
- Standard Shipping: Your order will be delivered within 5-10 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
- Expedited Shipping: Get your order faster, typically within 2-5 business days after shipping.
- Next Day Air: For the fastest possible delivery, select this option for next business day delivery after shipment (orders must be placed before required cutoff times).
Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. A physical street address is required for all deliveries.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping outside of the United States at this time.
Delivery Issues
We make every effort to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. However, sometimes issues can occur.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Christmas-trinkets.com is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery. We encourage you to use the tracking information provided to follow your shipment and make necessary arrangements for receipt. If you have concerns about porch piracy, please consider shipping your order to a more secure location, such as your workplace.
- Incorrect Shipping Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address at the time of order. Please review your information carefully before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
Returns
